Late to the party, but I really loved that he reached out to her to help w/ the situation b/c he trusted that she would, knew he couldn't, and knew that Kouroko would try to handle this on her own but would appreciate (rather than be hurt) that Subaru stepped in to help.

I love how none of the comments are shipping Subaru with kaoruko, its just so annoying to see people force that crap any chance they have to misconstrue lust and friendship

I love how Rintaro chose to ask for help rather than try to do something on his own, recognizing that he could just make things worse for Kaoruko if he did. Same with Subaru who's definitively long broken out of her "overprotective friend" archetype at the start. She's a genuine good friend.

The other guys also want to help and are going to meet up with the Kikyou girls. Sounds like a plan, let's see how that turns out. Kinda excited for Madoka to meet the boys.
