Bitch committed an act of aggression as a guest in somebody's home. Summon the Seelie and Unseelie courts to fuck up her shit.

I dont think changing her name helped to make it sound more russian since she has "given names" as her name and surname, something like Tom Bob or Jim Kevin and i havent met anyone from Russia with names like that. There was a women's family name Anastasyeva or Anastasieva that belonged to some nobles, so maybe that's what the author meant. Just my two cents here. (Also Anna and Anya is the same name in russian, the first one just being more formal).

It might be somewhat acceptable if you treat it is a double given name, which are not very common in Russia, but do exist. It kinda gives off an aristocratic feeling, tbh (given, that she was around for more than 150 years, i wouldn't be surprised if she comes from Russian Empire's nobility), though, i'd put a hyphen in-between - Anya-Anastasia.
It's also kinda weird that one name is in diminutive form (Anya instead of Anna) and another isn't (diminutive for Anastasia would be something like Nastya), but i'm not sure what are the exact rules for making a diminutive form of double given names.

@HYBRID_BEING I was just throwing some info since the translator made the effort to make it "sound more russian" cuz why not. I didn't try to say in any way that i am right and it's the only way it can be done. But honestly, yes there might be double names somewhere, but i haven't met one irl so far or read about them being used in any history books. That's why i didn't mention it, since using it won't make it "sound more russian" atleast to me.

Yeah, likewise. I've got no idea if it's really a double name or author just couldn't be bothered to think up a last name with a common Russian suffix.

He was literally bragging about his defences and then proceeded to let someone who isn’t an ally with unknown intentions as well as fully aware that she is someone extremely powerful into his own home
