It might be somewhat acceptable if you treat it is a double given name, which are not very common in Russia, but do exist. It kinda gives off an aristocratic feeling, tbh (given, that she was around for more than 150 years, i wouldn't be surprised if she comes from Russian Empire's nobility), though, i'd put a hyphen in-between -
Anya-Anastasia.
It's also kinda weird that one name is in diminutive form (
Anya instead of
Anna) and another isn't (diminutive for
Anastasia would be something like
Nastya), but i'm not sure what are the exact rules for making a diminutive form of double given names.
