That extra chapter is probably something that happened in the novel but never got introduced in the manhua afterall the vibe of the story is like when she was still travelling together with Lord Hell and his two underlings and she clearly says: "You shrank again?" so it happened more than once during their travels, but was probably something that the authors of the manhua thought as irrelevant to the main story so they left it out, but now for some reason they put one part of that extra story in, which made the series feel wierd, but if you read the travel arc then you can place this in the there IMO and it will work fine, uness there's another travel arc somewhere in the future? Didn't read the novel so dunno...

@Vengeance22 The last time we got extras like that, someone said it was something from further ahead in the story I believe? In this case it could be some random slice of life stuff from after they reunite if that was true back then. Regardless, it's mildly spoilery for dealing with content the main story of the adaptation hasn't yet, so I imagine a lot of people don't care for those little tangents dealing with stuff they don't even know about.

Either way it's a somewhat unusual way to do things unless it's just meant to be some iconic but not terribly important scenes novel readers might have liked to see as more than text on a page? It's not really important to me I suppose, I'll just keep reading the main story and trying to remember that enough to understand what's going on there. The extras are whatever.
