Probably because he is cursed too as his target is a mutual attack, so I think this bypass the Loophole of killing someone directly, in a way he is being attack too. And like someone mention the other guy is HP cursed so he is more fucked in fights against monsters compare with the MP one.

I'm already this far into the story and I'm loving it. I always found isekais to be trite as they always seemed the same. This one is kind of like the others, I mean the RPG stats, but it feels so refreshing. I love the MC and the RPG rules aren't that complicated here. I also love Loure, they make a great duo. It's fantastic. I'm reading this for sure.
