It's a shame that boy's actual problem wasn't adressed. Maybe it's implied that she can help with that too, being able to easily interact with other people's emotions, but still. This feeling of incompleteness is clashing with overall cuteness.
From the synopsis I thought she'd only be able to see/read people's emotions, but the unique concept of people (her/him) seeing other's emotions as creatures is interesting in how unique it is but somehow it's... dull. Maybe from their age and plots or the atmosphere of the story since the art looks too cute. 6/10.
