@tianpeng I'd be more relaxed with the expressionless face. To a certain degree, it means she trusts you.

I think rather than not being able to express her emotions, her emotions don't align with the people around her so she's confused.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say she's not austistic, she's psychopathic. She clearly understands what "right" emotions are, and can feign them quite well, but can't feel them herself; that matches psychopathy, but not autism, where she just wouldn't understand emotion in general and wouldn't be so good at acting. And most importantly, after looking at MC-kun's gut instinct around her, take note that autists may be creepy, but aren't scary.
Psychopaths are.

Something to note, the last panel (if it wasn't clear enough), was probably a flashback to the first chapter. She wasn't giving him a death stare, it seemed like she was just extremely embarassed or nervous about being found out. It would be consistent with missing the "gimme gimme" question on the exam (something people normally wouldn't miss). It seems she's just a girl who doesn't know how to express what she really feels and defaults to smiling. And to Yato, her face of embarassment seems like it's a death stare.
