So, like, if people want to play asynchronously, we can use a website like Timelock or any other that lets you send messages into the future (I like timelock because it makes me feel smart).

Both players can encrypt their choice of throw, with the deadline being several days in the future. Both players give each other the link, and both can verify the winner independently. You can even submit a list of choices to deal with tiebreakers of any length should they happen. Now we're taking all the fun out of the game!
