Ok so the list you just register and it ranks you power and just drops you somewhere on the list. Apparently not moving people down but instead kicking them off. It would have been nice to have a few panels with like a crystal ball or something that rated his power and said what was going on. They just kinda pointed at the list and barely explained it.
