The interview and minicomic was fun, if a little disappointing because no real chapter. I hope the author gets her wish and this gets adapted into an animated film by a studio like science saru that could really bring the colors and dynamic panel compositions to life.

She is working on four unique 8p comics for different booksellers. So its more like the gap for vol 1 than vol 2 which were just several illustrations.

RE: Weezer controversy. You can like Weezer or not, that's up to you. What I want to talk about is a phenomenon I've observed in Weezer listeners over the years. That is: People hate the new Weezer album until years later when they realized it was catchy af. I was a young teen when the Blue Album debuted, and half the tracks were played on the radio constantly. Everyone liked that album. I swear they mailed it directly to your house along with a shaving kit when you turned 13.

You reminded me of the drama that occurred a while back when Weezer did a collab with AJR for their song "All My Favorite Songs". Everyone but the Weezer listeners liked that version more than the original, lmao
