this is technically a confession, isn't it? Aya just confessed out in public, and Mitsuki listened to it. That's a step foward, i think that next cap they will probably talk about it, there's no escape. Besides, i think Sumiko just doesn't wants to make the manga only and ONLY focused on them and their relationship, this IS a development in a way or another.

I loved the subversion of the prom confession, very in character for Aya too. Not exactly the progress we all hoped for but small progress. Though I am starting to think that some of the commenters here simply don't like romantic comedies.

Unrelated to the dramedy, I am wondering why I didn't drop a green with envy pun waaay back when this manga first started.

Good comedy here (oh, those uvulas), although I found myself wishing this that this was a double chapter. Would have been a good way to close out the arc.

Was it really a confession though? I want it to be as much as everyone else. But she didn't actually say how she felt. She just said Mitsuki didn't know how she felt. (And that she was acting like Prince Charming) It's still ambiguous enough that I don't fully trust we aren't going right back to the not-actually-dating-yet status quo.
