Probably an unfading lipstick? These lipsticks just stay there after it sets. It won't leave marks on anything and stay on for days. The catch is it can be both literally and figuratively a pain to wipe off as you'll need special cleanser to clean it and most of the time you also need to scrub hard.

I’m not a huge lipstick person myself but I imagine other than a good brand or setting spray she’d be more used to putting on makeup to have the kind/technique/etc for it to not wipe off considering these kinds proms also have food/drinks and stuff (or it’s a more light natural enough color to where it wouldn’t look too odd if it’s on her lips too)

Doesn't have to be a good brand even. Some cheap brand does make it.
