It's sad to see that the reading comprehension or perhaps even empathy of people is lacking. I thought it was pretty clear that the girl was experiencing paternal issues and was trying to reopen a connection with her father through the introduction of a musician she had discovered. But it seems people are quite ignorant of what is going on and believe that a supposed love triangle is soon to be imminent. Quite sad to see people wanting the character to be dismissed from the manga based on quick assumptions that have no basis. I for one hope she is able to reconnect with her rigid father. It could make for an interesting subplot to the story

While I understand the concern of a possible love triangle, I think it is rather sad to simply call for the girl's ejection from the manga because of such assumptions. I would like to see how the character develops now that her attempt at reconnecting with her father failed. Does she continue to do so or perhaps she moves on?

Chill, lmao. I am mostly with you bashing the other commenter (even if a bit harsh) implying she still is supposed to be a rival in romance- we now 100% know she clearly isn't.

But the comment you answered here just stated that they do not want a flat tool (my interpretation) to be a recurring member of the cast and that she more than overstayed her welcome with her involvement in that below mid arc.

That commenter is NOT missing half of their brain. That commenter did NOT imply she will get in their way.
She sucks and is a lame convenient one and done character that should be shelved by now and the sob explanation won't change anything.
