the 2013-2023 picture sumiko shared once makes it look like he was in his 20s when mitsuki was a child (~7)
also, according to what we know it seems like he was around mitsuki’s age during nirvana’s active years (early 90s), which would make him in his 40s (or nearing that age)

1991-94: Joe is around 17, I'll assume he is that age.
2006: Mitsuki is born. That's 12-15 years later = Joe is 29-32
2013: Mitsuki is 7. Joe is 36-39.
2023: 10 years later, he's in his late 40s.
