I think she'll continue.
It's a physical release, not a serialization in a magazine. I think Kadokawa, the editor, reached to her (or she did and they accepted) because of the success of the thing on Twitter.

So she most probably will continue posting that one on Twitter.
It may kickstart a full series for her in a mag though (unrelated or an extension), like what happened to Mikanuji and Fuzoroi no Renri, which also was a twitter comic, got physical release and a serialization in Newtype. So, it may slow down the twitter schedule if she's busy with something else.
