For me this raises a question, is it more humane to kill someone you care so much in a quick painless way or let them live in a desolate place believing in that ever tiny chance that there is an end to the madness.
The saddest part is that all of the people in the bus are inherently good. Sure the girl with glasses eventually killed herself and the husband threathened the ex-soldier, but they never meant/done harm to anyone else. Godammit
