I love how the author goes into detail how modern medicine recognizes sympthoms of specific illnesses and how we combat them with the knowledge we as a society have build up over decades of research.

And I'm actually surprised doctor Amami's disappearance is actually taken serious back on Earth. Not many isekai even bother to acknowledge a MC's former life after he's been isekai'd.
