it's fine i guess. it kinda falls for the same weird trope that a lot of doctor mangas have where the isekai world is so dependant on magic that they can't even dress a wound, but the healing magic is always super expensive or w/e.
this one is even worse 'cause only the humans can use healing magic, so you'd think that everyone else should have figured something else out centuries ago. like, come on. the entire premise is goofy. 4/10

Well can't help it, people adapt to what they have. They can't just suddenly provide medical care with the skills and knowledge of our own world if their known method and technology is completely different from the start. The best thing one can do is learn the knowledge of that land and combine it with what you learned from your own land then combined it based on what they can provide.

clean water+clean cloth is not an advanced concept and for the "nature loving" elves medicinal poultices should be common since that shit has existed since before written language IRL the author has no excuse here

Red herring argument, irrelevant to my original comment.
whether or not the methods were dogshit, there were still methods. honestly kinda sounds like you agree with me . also sounds like you're giving the author of this shovelware slop manga a lot of credit, like his reason for having everyone rely on human healing magic is based on anything historical or realistic and not just some lameass idea someone came up with to churn out revenue for some company.

Ok I'll try to make it as layman as possible to adjust to your dilusion of being so knowledgeable. In a setting they are using are same as earth where the knowledge of germs and bacteria are alien, hygiene is not a priority or even a point to thinks as in the most common activity like in eating or drinking, they also have no knowledge about tending wounds as simple as patching, do you think will they consider those ethic of cleanliness on tendings in a life like they have?

They point out that the lack of concern for hygiene is very much based on real-life history given the analogous period of the fantasy setting, and you dismiss it as "dickriding" just because you percieve this as a "dime a dozen" manga? That tells me all I need to know about how much your opinion is worth. Zero. Off to the blocklist with you.
