1 the hero is willing to fight a demon king for her, I think he's in love.

2 she is royalty, she basically owns him anyways, nothing wrong with doing what you want with your own property.

There is quite clearly something wrong with doing whatever you want with your own property when your 'property' is people.

I mean morally? Maybe. Law wise and culture wise for this setting? Nah. She's a princess and he's some kind of warrior sent to save her by others, (or maybe he's doing it himself) She's obviously important royalty otherwise nobody would bother to curse her, or go fight a demon king to rescue her, so honestly it's a great honor to be sleep assaulted by her, and he should be grateful. Also if she wants she could probably just arrange for them to be married because who is he to say no to royalty lol. But anyways, jokes aside, unless the hero is motivated by greed or noble purpose, he most definitely wants to do a lot more with that princess than just a good night kiss, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

But in seriousness: Look, if you like whatever weird dubcon fantasies in fiction, that's fine, you can like problematic stuff and that's okay. But you need to understand first that it is or would be problematic IRL, and why. And you seem to be intent on dancing around that step. I sincerely hope it's just rhetorical.

In today's day and age yeah it would be wrong, but in that setting she could even have him executed and it would just be seen as a tiny scandal.
