Art's a bit rough, but the story is good. Nice summary of what happened directly before Hokuto no Ken itself. That said, if you don't already know a bit about the series, you might feel lost. Probably worth reading this after learning about the Fist of the North Star / Hokuto no Ken storyline and characters elsewhere first.

the ryuken v raoh fight didn’t make much sense compared to the original manga because Raoh shouldn’t know about the technique when he kills Ryuken. The story was nice though, a good homage to the previous successor of Hokuto Shinken.
