Esther being sidelined by the swords... I am ashamed to admit I kinda forgot about her... by the way, for someone desperate to recover her true form, she certainly has settled into the house cat role comfortably.

The inaction of the higher-ups is strange... even if the "damage" is supposedly minimal, an enemy combatant is killing soldiers without repercussion, and by attacking (and having success) multiple times a day... it will take no time at all to have catastrophic consequences, low morale being the least of those.
