Ugh, I just wrote half an essay about why I would or wouldn't recommend reading this only for it to be lost due to a skill issue of mine really. In any case, here's the TL;DR because I cba writing all of that again:
I can only recommend reading this up until chapter 54
(maybe 57 if you like bad/sad endings).
What follows after is bad and incomplete and that might actually be a good thing reading the comments here.
As for the readable part, I liked the characters (well, most of them) and especially their chemistry. There's a lot of banter (in a positive way).
The art (for most parts) isn't anything special, but I think the expressions and stylised bits really make for funny moments.
The story mostly follows classic tropes but when it doesn't, it's usually in a good way. The characters embark on a grand journey gathering companions in the process and so on. Even though there are multiple female characters, it's NO harem.
If I had to criticise something, it'd be those two things:
- the drama comes with a lot of exposition and little consequences
- It seems like the author made FMC OP before thinking about ways how opponents would pose any threat to her and had to get creative in the aftermath
Still, these are minor things compared to the later chapters...
