This game allows having skills without any penalty? No, there is no game out there that just lets you get a skill to its max level, there is bound to be a level cap.

@SSS26032002 The penalty is the time sink you'll need to put into leveling it up. None of these VR game stories are designed to be balanced/realistic. They're designed to make the MC look awesome.
