Ohma from Heavenly Delusion:
-shy
-wears Stevie Wonder/Ray Charles glasses
-plays the melodica (poorly)
-anyone who makes eye contact with her experiences terrifying illusions
-HEAVY SPOILERS: slightly mesugaki later on
all put together trigger the protective instincts i previously thought could only apply to my officially-colored copy of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Vol. 11: The New Team Seven. where would she fall in the loliverse?

With the information I could gather... creepy side character? The seiyuu has done other lolis in the past, but the character itself seems a background character that only has relevance for one episode or so.

As @BakedBanana suggested, here's a comprehensive list for the voting. For those wondering about why some personality traits are not included (chuunibyou, imouto, wallflower, etc.) is because I've put the focus on characters that are part of the story and make it move. You can suggest more names of course, I tried to make it in the shortest time possible (and even that way it took some time). This is compulsary for @BakedBanana , put your hands to work! I'm also adding it to the first post in a spoiler. This is what you get today!
Goddess: Divine beings or deified entities with supernatural powers. Usually supportive.
ALICE (Rance)
Mitama (Kaminaki)
Senko & Shiro (Rimukoro)
Otherworldly: Beings that don’t belong to the realm of reality of the story. Fantastical, aliens or transferred characters are some of them.
Magatsu Kotono Nushi
Noel (Sora no Method)
Nymph "Beta"
Sara da Odin
Tanya Degurechaff
Granny-loli: Characters that retain loli traits despite coming of age. They can be university students, working adults and also characters from fantasy series.
Anzu Kadotani
Komoe Tsukuyomi
Kurumi (Wallnut)
Mafuyu Hoshikawa
Nene Sakura
Roxy Migurdia
Sawa Komai
Tsutsuji Higa
Baba-loli: Elderly beings that have not aged and retain the same aspect as they were really young.
tbh i thought your thing in this thread was going to be posting one loli from one archetype every day ૮.ᆺ. ა
guess we just speedrunning to day 76 ૮ .ᆺ. ა

It'd be great to post one per day, but I didn't prepare them ahead of time and yesterday I just revised and added most of the characters BanBan suggested. Today I'll post a new loli (different archetype) and if I have time even two. But yes, it'd be nice having one of each for the deadline, even if I can keep doing it for as long as I want.
I considered calling this Loli of the Day (like the thread Hotty of the Day) but that wasn't my intention.
When you need a quick thinker who's going to flip the attention of everyone in an instant, she is the one that storms in!
She is the get-together of the Mahjong Club, always trying to set the table at the first thought even if she has to dodge questions such as "how are faring your grades?". At the same time, she also looks for ways of poking fun at her follow members, such as teasing Kyoutarou Suga (the only male in the club) or creating yuri tension between Saki Miyanaga and Nodoka Haramura. She cannot stop herself of acting as she is even during Mahjong games/matches!
Right, there's only one thing that matches her love for Mahjong, and maybe playing pranks... that's right, it's eating tacos! Few can keep up with her daily intake of tacos, specially if she's playing Mahjong non-stop! She is known as the true tacos girl:
The manga series itself is still ongoing since 2006, whereas the anime adaptation was a single season one with 25 episodes in 2009. It is a comedy series which focuses on Mahjong as a sport, in a slice of life atmosphere and characters leaning towards yuri (if not already yuri themselves). Consisting of several parodical elements, it's a series anyone can enjoy. As for the Mahjong player level, it is not begginer friendly (that's why they use notes) but a great incentive to learn this traditional game.
To conclude this tribute to this highly energic character, this ending pictures her pretty accurately:
They're not even lolis in the videogames (it was just this artist preference), and if you have it saved because it may seem yuri... it isn't. It belongs to the three games of Ar Tonelico (first time I read about the saga), all their games have light novels for some reason. Personality or archetype wise, I have no idea, even the fandom page isn't much detailed in that aspect. So the only thing I could call it is a "showcase", taking as reference the light novels' art.

The game everyone wants to play now is... Shogi! And our Ai excels at it to the point even her master struggles.
The fated meeting starts with Yaichi Kuzuryu playing the finals to win the highest shogi title held in Ai's family traditional inn. Seeing that passion, Ai's becomes intrigued with this board game and during recess she gets promised to do anything in return for her kindness and hospitality. Her wish is no other than learning shogi from him, the new champion!
This title comes from a light novel that will end this summer with a total of 24 volumes. The manga adaptation has up to ten and there's only a single season anime adaptation, which makes sense (and I personally recommend) starting with the animation. Why am I mentioning this now? Because depending on how deep and in detail you want to go in the story you'll need to switch from one to another, and every one of them offers its differences. To be concise, I'll stick to the anime series.
Ai has several strengths: she has learnt her family trade (the service part), she is a really quick learner (specially with shogi), she has great foresight and, last but not least, she is passionate. A genius indeed, but this amount of passion also makes her a little bit possessive over Yaichi... maybe she is a bit yandere? Over the course of the story, many are the characters that will experience growth both in shogi and life, and this unusual pair will be in the spotlight quite oftenly. Both of them will have to face rivals, as for Ai, she will have her polar opposite, Ai Yashajin (also included in the archetype's list):
Now you have all the information you need to find this series in any format, just taught yourself some shogi and enjoy the show! If you still need extra motivation, check the spoiler for a collection of gifs with plenty of Ai's precious expressions.
