You mean the current empress? She has two sons actually. An older blond haired boy that is the crown prince and the one with the long silver hair that Leo meet, both are the current Emperor's sons. We actually dont know anything about the crown prince either. He could also be a good child, at least they say his mom/the empress loves him just as much as the other prince. She is from the Western Marquise house, dont remember the name. She has so far nothing to do with the Late Emperor, and just seems to be a victim of an arranged marriage.

So she seems good yea. At least the Duke and other "good" houses seem to support her rather then the Emperor. But we havent really seen lots from her.
