the story is great and all, but I can't help but be disturbed every time by her bikini armor and proportions. Just why was it decided since her sex appeal isn't even used in the story 😂
@Lynkaster The setting's basically a parody of those old JRPGs like the original couple Dragon Quest entries, where the female warriors all wore identical bikini armor ensembles.
if bikini armor disturbs you then you probably should get checked out for some mental illnesses or wait a few years before coming back so you can be old enough to read manga
@Vincentius That, and she wants to die, so it makes sense that if she has to wear armor at all, she'd pick the most comically impractical sort she could.
@Lynkaster
Bikini armor? Armor is supposed to protect the wearer and keep them from dying. If that counts as armor, wouldn't that be pretty counterproductive? I'm thinking that she's wearing a bikini precisely because it doesn't protect her from anything other than a 18+ rating.
@Tamerlane
Wait, wouldn't that would mean the Demon King is actually the father of both the Hero and the Suicidal Heroine?!
And that the Hero and the Suicidal Heroine are actually long-lost siblings?! /And before anyone complains about Star Wars spoilers, ironically or unironically, The Empire Strikes Back came out in 1980, FORTY YEARS ago, so shut up.
@Weenaru Ah, but this setting should be heavily influenced by video games, and even a piece of "armor" that makes you look completely nude might potentially still have regular armor stats. In particular, the highest level female armor is almost always sluttier and sluttier looking than the low armor rating stuff. The more skin it shows, the higher defense it offers. Unless a situation arises where this heroine specifically states that she wears little to no armor just so she's easier to hurt, and thus potentially kill, you might as well assume her armor is more powerful than full plate armor.
