Then there’s the fabled ch14 of Magan to Dangan ( the isekai manga with the magic eye sniper guy)…that one has not only TEN subchapters, but each of them are full chapters in their own right from its sheer page count, so the collected ch page count would rival a monthly ch of Tanya (which is notoriously longer than Overlord’s already long chs)

Judging from the name this cheat breaker probably specifically nullifies/diminishes abilities the demon lord/his big goons had that completely slap fairness in the face, and otherwise does nothing if the opponent is simply actually strong. Which hero guy totally also is, though I'm sure the hero probably has maximum talent in everything and extreme growth rate and all the other jazz they usually get.

i doubt it is as easy as that. MC may render cheat skills useless, but a non cheat skills trained to the max would still pose a threat. Like MC got intimidated by the shrine maiden chick's growth. Lets hope to see how the story goes in the next few years

Remember, this guy is essentially on a Lvl10 boss fight at the same level he was when he defeated the last boss in the other world. It's like playing a JRPG on New Game+ and already having Accuracy +100 gems against enemies you couldn't land a single scratch on the first playthrough.

FFIV3D has an Augment that allows the user to bypass Reflect status on enemies, it's earned by the end of the journey after obtaining the final summon for Rydia. It's nothing out of the ordinary for the guy that already cleared the game and is on a NG+ mode to already have that kind of skill.

The Cheat Skills are classified as things that completely nullify all kinds of damage, like Foresight, which allows the user to see incoming attacks (think Rudeus from Mushoku Tensei) and Telepathy (that could probably be used for brainwashing or some sort of psychic attack, like Xavier from the X-Men), essentially making the wearer virtually untouchable.
