Huh. The terrible Marquess's evidence was more persuasive than I expected. Even if it's forged, I think it's mostly conspiracy-worthy.
Though he's still kind of a dumbass for not telling his own wife that she was be used as a piece of evidence-in a way that shames her, no less. It just goes to show how narrow his view is.
I'm not sure how I feel about the Emperor's treatment. He obviously favors the Duchess, but he seems really on the ball with shutting this dude down despite his presentation.
Now I'm curious about how this evidence will be rebutted. It doesn't have major concrete contradictions, as far as I can tell.
