This chapter definitely helped push Kanon further into realizing her feelings, even if she still isn't able to put a name on the emotions just yet. Her internal vision of Saki is also extremely cute, I wonder what Saki would think about being viewed as prince-like by Kanon, though it's easy to see how Kanon comes to that view. Her reactions to Saki's being dressed up was amazing, especially how she appeared completely stunned at first sight.

A few serious things did pop up, a bit more evidence showing that something seemed to happen in the past that derailed her mom's life, an unused dress that looks like one you wear to an expensive restaurant or event but Saki has never seen hints to it being purchased before Saki was born but the event never happening. Kanon's continued realization that Saki never talks about herself or her past is definitely pushing her to ask questions, though I wonder who she will get answers from. Personally I think it's going to come out that the Saki Kanon knows is very different from Saki even a year ago.

Also setting up the sports day coming up is good, it will be cute seeing Kanon and Saki probably both panic during it and we might get progress.

PS: Thank you so much for translating the chapter. Reading it via Google translate is not great and it's nice to get more of the nuances.
