Plus it's not like Amesaka would be so short it would suggest a genetic disorder, which might be a bigger deal psychologically. That being said, while he is significantly shorter, that's only relatively speaking in the big picture. In absolute terms he's not awfully short compared to her. Lol I think hes just supposed to be a self insert/everyman, as most MC's are these days. Me personally, I'd like to see some self inserts that are actually relatable, rather than self loathing pathetic untermensch.
