If I remember correctly, she is trying to set things up to be better, but mostly assumed that she was doomed to turn into a terrible person and ruler that would need to be executed. Thus, she was also advising her own subordinates to kill her in that situation.I guess I forgot about a lot of this, but I get the gist.
