Damn, an overpowered Seeker to be set up just because of a petty pride being crushed (and among other things).
Leon's jab at Noel's 'moral of the story' is like he is also saying they are lucky it was Noel who devoured them and not someone else.

Pretty nice visual 'update' for the Wild Tempest with them all in their new job tiers. Though I have to say, Noel's updated style makes him look like he's wearing a mini-skirt. And with that pony tail he looks like a random caped section chief from Mato Seihei no Slave.
