This chapter is by LHT. Boursk is not part of LHT but an independent/unaffiliated/3rd-party uploader. In MD, ppl are allowed to upload other group’s chs providing that:

1. You get their permission (if required. Some groups do not allow uploading to MD). Obviously, if the group no longer exists and the TL is not contactable/doesn’t object, you’re technically free to upload their scans. Exception is if it’s a major Shonen Jump series (eg: One Piece); they have very aggressive lawyers who are more than happy to sue you to debt slavery a la what Nintendo did to Gary Bowser.
2. You attribute it to the correct group (including the credits page and labeling the ch as done by the group). This rule exists because some scumbag groups would steal scanlations by removing/replacing the credits page (also why some groups such as Flame Scans and Asura Scans watermark their scanlations).

Also, I don’t get why you say that i praised boursk since in the prev comment i was merely explaining all this, but the fact that LHT is always some degrees of jank is public knowledge.

To be fair, reading comprehension is on the drop in the internet…many an argument were circled around because the other side was too dumb/stubborn/refused to admit/understand that they didn’t get what the fuck they just read. I mean, just look at the US…it’s like every anti-American’s dream, with them squabbling over everything and anyone…possibly including your mom too.
