Problem is, who would join it?

You could start recruiting your fellow new guys, they shouldn't have pledged allegiance to anyone, so easy pickings. Then you begin to form the foundation of the yogurt gang, all while looking for the lost and undesired of the Banana gang.
You'd need a certified shit poster on your team, as well as an artist and someone who edits images like the ones by the Banana above. Of course this is only a small list of what could make your gang unique.
Then you start making group specific threads and profile posts.
The grande finale, the crème de la crème, the cherry on top, the magnificent spectacle of all your work would then of course be an active CCT-like thread.
