Literally read this as I'm doing a mandatory "Workplace Harassment Training" session for my job.

Based on what I've learned so far, Iku passed in the moment but he'd need to report this incident to his immediate supervisor. Even though they're at a bar, my training session has explained that this still counts as workplace harassment and can be reported immediately by Mia or Iku.
That said, it's a manga about a fictional setting in what is presumably taking place in a country that has very different laws and procedures for this kind of subject.
