yeah I can guess that, but hoping for a sneak peak since it's more exciting if they drop hints before the promised hint(reward) mentioned towards the very beginning to shake things up
(though I assume you meant that there are no hints before the reward is given and the mystery only starts unraveling after he finishes the setup quest. Unless you're just referencing that system message from long ago, though my original intent behind that message was rhetorical since it seems that interesting plot developments aren't gonna dry up anytime soon. And if I do become desperate I could always read the LN if there's a translation that exists for it)

there's a message saying locked info in chapter 3 that says it unlocks after completing the main quest (though I guess in hindsight it didn't say anything about being a hint to going home just that it's info that's locked, our Hajin assumes it's info on the way home)
