It makes me curious too. My Ma used to tell me that before there is the modern pad, woman used piece of cloth as the pad. Does female adventurer do the same? What about the one wearing stupidly bikini armor? Does the blood leak from the side? Do they change during dungeon delving? Do they throw it away or reuse it? What about the male and their fountain business? So many questions, so little manga that touch the subject.

If cleaning magic can clean up bodily fluids, I don't see why blood would be any different. I would wager it's probably not brought up in the light novel this is based on, as the MC is still a bit too young.

I’m not sure if it’s the same for all the series they publish, but everything I’ve ever bought from J-Novel club lets you download the book as a file with no DRM. For the in-progress translations that they release week-to-week you’ll have to wait for a few weeks after they’re done translating for the files to become available and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t work if you just read with their subscription service, you actually have to buy the volumes.

I wish manga about fantasy sword magic and dungeon setting would dig more about the sanitary life of adventures. Not only this manga, but other manga as well. I remember in Dungeon Meshi, the group taking dump by making hole in dungeon floor in specific place of the dungeon. How the clean themselves as far as i remember never being mentioned, but it stated that the female mage in their group

We never see characters in fantasy isekai poo either. Do you think they go around shitting their pants? It's honestly kinda pointless to think about. They probably deal with menstruation, pooing and peeing, washing up just like everyone else. Just no point in wasting panels for that stuff in a manga thats not about daily life anyway.
