Looks interesting but seems a little jumbled.
If I read it right MC is a bullied daughter that marries the emperor's. grandson? (Ok but you'd need real brass balls if you bullied her after that wedding).
The MC retains both sets of memories??? or just one???
Nothing about her modern life except the job

Just on a personal note I never get why anyone wants to be emperor/empress in these novels. There's always a horde of people out to kill/depose you, your family is continuously targeted, not just by outsiders but each other, and what's the upside? You can't even get air conditioner, mp3 player or decent food(no no no, soup with word nest in it isn't a good thing, matter of fact that goes for any food with nest, feet, eye, reproductive organ, or brain as an ingredient)

@kawaii123456 right? A rich merchant has more freedom than a royal/imperial family because they can travel anywhere and everywhere. You have more freedom even as a woman because people see you as exotic and have the father teaching you and ins and outs. if you end up as the matriarch or if your lineage is polyandry, you have a better opportunity than your bro. A young prince has more freedom than the daughters but still has to marry whoever the emperor wants you to and in case the other kingdom has more power and you are not the crown prince, you will be sent to that other country and marry their princess.

it's not like this is their only project to work on, you know
and aside from the prologues, they always release regularly, since this project is new, of course it takes once a week and not more, they could as well release once a month, if you think it takes too long, you could as well provide some help to speed up the releases (it is also not up to them how long the author decides the chapters to be), you are not appreciating their hard work at all

really though, every time the male lead goes "interesting" when the female lead retaliates towards the evil schemes towards her i cringe so hard. never heard of someone who gets obsessed over another because the person of interest isn't some sort of sheep.
