The art is great and I love to see more scifi, but man is the dialogue full of ham. Why do they all hate each other so much? Page 27, Yeah like that. Ajin was popular because it started out really grounded and even the absurd characters felt like real people, but these guys are all cliche movie tropes. I hope this isn't just a by the numbers slasher/monster movie plot.

Sorry to tell you, but the author described this series as a "pseudo-science-fiction B movie type manga". They're all cliches because the author likes these cliches.
