I was reading this on mangakalot, since it had more chapters, and I liked the premisce, but as the story developed it felt like the author had a stroke mid writing, it is just so dumb and annoying do read (dropped on ch 33), the TL on mangakalot was also really bad ( a lot of nonsense and misgendering), anyways read for yourself and take your own conclusion. Interesting premisce given to a author that doesnt know how to write characters

Thank you for translating :3 the other translation made me stop reading cuz i couldn't take it anymore. It's not even due to poor English or Korean, the mistakes are just non-sense as if they they were high as hell. Readers, don't drop it due to chapter 0 & 1, the rest is very different. The body being out of control makes a lot of people drop the manhwa in the 1st chapter but I'm glad I kept reading due to a comment who mentioned this because the rest has a completely diff and chill vibe. It doesn't make you rage like many other similar stories and the out of control body served NO purpose, so the author is just gatekeeping most readers away for some reason. It does include misunderstandings and shitty families but still not as bad as others, pretty chill overall. I hope the progression is good, it has been so far. Also the lil cutesy arts at the end of chapters are funny. Overall, for its genre it's more relaxing than others (read up to chapter21). I recommend you wait till this TL uploads the rest, you will regret it like I did if you read the other non-sense translation, it's too much.

this manhwa feels like it was written by an mentally ill teenage girl

edit: changed “autistic” to “mentally ill” to more accurately reflect what i mean

I’ll read it because I’m bored, but does anyone actually find these mcs relatable at all? I just find it weird and icky when the mc is so obsessed with a fictional character…

It starts off relatively strong if you accept the MC's obsessive personality, but by later in the WN I felt it wasn't worth it. In the long run, the male lead and especially 2ML have personalities defined by their mental health issues like attachment and possessiveness. Which gets uncomfortable for me even if the ML is more like a sad puppy than a menace. It's mild for that fetish but it's still the main course and not for me, and other story elements are appetizers at best.

The extended cast and the worldbuilding felt mostly unimportant. Only a few of the interactions with the original romance cast matter in the end, the rest are either repetitive or should be enjoyed like a slice of life element. The Black Knights and steampunk tech don't matter often, and don't matter much. Drones and 4K cameras existing are reasonable for the setting, that's all.

While it's fine, unless you find obessiveness a thrill I recommend not reading. The parts I liked were the parts that were let-downs. Black Knights and steampunk, chainsaw girl's bit part, having the bland original main three female leads actually choose their own moves (childhood friend knight, ambitious saint, mage with a secret), intrigue beyond be nice to X dutchess and tell bro to f off

Thank you for the translation, though I won't read this adaptation.

little to no difference between fiction(any story character) and reality(celebrity/idol fans) in that sense. The thing that is weirding you out is the unrealistic standards they expect 24/7.
