alright i enjoy this but come on with the side characters like bruh just roll yo ass outta there and avoid trouble. Why does the consort have the power to bust through that gate they never heard of a lock? Why does the mc maids fail everytime

The set up and the MC are interesting but like others I find that a bit wasted by the side characters. And also even if there is a lot of things happening I don't really feel like the story is really advancing somehow.

The MC is ruining it for me. She is just a victim getting seduced and gaslighted by the Emperor believing his every word. She didn't even feel disgust at his hypocrisy in the previous chapter. She couldn't stop it, sure, but she didn't even feel sad.
