Have to disagree with switching from the more faithful ‘surname forename’ to the less faithful ‘forename surname’. (Also I refuse to use both “given name” as that's a stupid term, all names are given, and “family name” in this context as it already has a better definition in ‘a name common within a family or given because of another family member’.)
