disappointed it was on the short side(the spar) but i do get why he ended it and it should still help as long as she doesnt take the compliment/praise as something patronizing or taunting. brians stronger so he shouldnt be in any immediate danger and has a bit more experience but i think he's gonna be a bit swollen and sore later lol.
latter parts quite interesting, i hadnt thought about other, uhh i'd use sword spirits but i think weapon spirits might fit better, other weapon spirits existing and not just being swords, i did assume maybe the light sword had one but that was so long ago it hadnt crossed my mind in forever.
