I'm starting to worry that the author is slipping a bit. He used to be so good that he doesn't use forced expository dialogue to set a scene, and lets the visuals/inner thoughts relay the situation to the readers. I know I'm nitpicking but I hold this manga in such high regard that little aspects like that bother me.

Yeah nah, I meant he already learnt how to purify the cursed monsters. I did assume they were the same sort of curse though, so yeah, idunno if it’d still work if it’s a different sort.
