The language I used may be a bit confusing since there was no simple way to translate both Goddess Claire's and "The beloved child/daughter" soul and everything got long winded as a result

I assuming you're talking about Yukino and Sora here.
Sora is living normally on Earth while Yukino is living in the alternate world as Lefina.
Melafa (or Melafir your preference) transported Yukino's soul into Lefina's body as Yukino's soul has the power of purification which was needed to purify the Beloved Daughter's soul sealed in Dorothy.

This worldbuilding is terrible. It's a common flaw in these series to be sure, but it's so convoluted and arbitrary. Why make god a crossdresser? If these gods are so powerless and their only job is to observe, then why is the world suddenly in danger when they're missing? What's all this about clones, sealing, and being trapped in a body without memories in the root of the world? Why are there three reincarnations if the god and beloved daughter are fused? It's such a transparent excuse for a fated love triangle plot. I'm not getting it confused right? There's the sealed soul in the heroine, Dorothy, the healing soul in the prince, Leon, and a third purifying soul in the villainess, Dorothy. What the hell is the difference between healing and purifying?

There aren't 3 reincarnations, the sealed soul is only in Dorothy.
The "healing" and "purifying" souls appearing are a natural occurrence from the world attempting to fix itself. (if you follow fate series, its something like Counter Guardians)

as for the reasons yeah i have no idea lmao this chapter was very confusing
