Isn't this adapted from a novel? Probably missing a few links and that adaptation tag I've seen a few times now. Not sure how the animation compares to this or the novel exactly either in terms of how far either adaptation goes with the original's content, but I think that was pretty decent if you feel like watching at least some of it.

I just couldn't keep going with the way the MC is never supported by her boss, her city, her friends, anyone.
I mean, how does the city call itself independent when it lets anybody from outside do anything they want?
Dumb writing kills this series.
