Desensitization, or Mithridatism, doesn't really work for allergic reactions. Allergies only worsen when continually exposed.

Hm, but this is more of a venom reaction, and not like pollen or peanut reactions.

It seems there is Oral Immunotherapy, which can work for certain allergens

Unfortunately, the efficacy is not consistent on all allergy types. And it needs to be very low, controlled doses or you'll just make it worse.

But it is possible. Not sure of it's effectiveness on bee/ant venom though
