If the chapters are blurry then read on a computer or laptop. Reading it there fixes it. I think its problem is partly because manhwa pages are very long. I have not seen this problem on manga before since the pages follow a certain size. I think the browser or a phone cant load the very long (but few) pages fast enough, so it degrades the quality a bit so it can load it faster which results in a blurry chapter.
