@icarushector it was made from the special magic sealing stone thing that plugged up the underground room with the skeleton. So it's stone, but because it's mysterious magic stone it can probably be written as having whatever special properties the author wants to give it.

I too would prefer a less generic form but im personally a fan of female stone creatures. Path of Exiles female statues were my choice of spectre lol. They just look cool. Wish the minion stuff in that game wasn't so bare bones.
