By far one of the best webtoons I've ever read. However If you get too attached to the main characters like me it can turn reading this into a painful experience.
Really wish a happy ending for this.

This may be long, but I think it’s worth a shot for those who wonder if they want to read this.

Alright so I had slept on this title for a long time because the synopsis gave me the impression it was mainly around an fmc, and there is a romance tag. As many would know, female lead romance titles tend to be kinda… But I was wrong. This morning, on a whim while trying to catch up on manga updates, I thought, “I’ll just open the first chapter to put in my history and continue later.” By chance, I just read on with the first chapter. Then I got hooked. It was not like what someone was complaining about almost 5 years ago saying something along the lines of, “i don’t like weak mc and strong fmc,” type shi. It was not wrong, but it was not close to what it was simply made out to be.

I love the character developments. The way things contrasted between their expectations and their reality.
Or how things seemed like it’ll initially never work out, yet they struggle through it to make it work. In the process of that, it kept us on the edges of our seat. Especially the tension between what was once a close bond between the lead characters.


Eventually, seeing our fmc cry like that, ”upon hearing of the mc’s death,” really struck a chord. Just as how the characters were surprised to see her like that, I too, couldn’t help but had the same reaction when I saw the revered witch in tears.


So do it! Give it a chance! Don’t regret missing this like me. Although on the bright side, you won’t have to keep waiting for updates. Now I’m dying to know what’s next.
